EU Publishes Project Inventory
PSTI, on behalf of the European Union, has
recently completed the 1996 edition of the ìEuropean Oil
and Gas Demonstration Project Inventoryî. This publication,
which complements the Project Status Reports published by the
Directorate-General for Energy (DG XVII) on EC-supported hydrocarbons
projects, includes details of innovative oil and gas technologies
developed in Europe which have not received funding from the EC.
Over 70 projects are included from the United Kingdom, Italy,
France, the Netherlands and Germany.
The aim of the inventory is to encourage
the development of closer links between European innovators, regardless
of whether their technologies have been supported financially
by the EC. It is hoped that it will help avoid duplication of
projects and will improve the efficiency of technological and
commercial development.
Copies of the Inventory, which will be published at the end of July, can be obtained free of charge by e-mailing or faxing your request to Jonathan Shackleton, e-mail: [email protected] Fax: 01224 706601.
