| Cancellations | Cancellations must be received in writing by 4th March 1996, and will be subject to an administrative charge of £65. It is regretted that no refunds will be made or invoices cancelled after this date. Substitutions may be made at any time. | ||||||||

| DOCUMENTATION Whilst we feel attendance at this event will offer maximum satisfaction we recognise some delegates may not be able to attendand for those we are offering the conference documentation at a cost of £130 per copy (UK addresses), £140 (other addresses).0nly a limited number will be available, it is important to reserve your copy early.
