Fee£649 plus VAT @ 17.5% which includes all technical sessions, lunch refreshments and conference documentation. PSTI members are entitled to a 10% discount. An Academic rate is available on request. Please note that under UK Excise Regulations all delegates are required to pay VAT on all courses taking place in the UK.
PaymentPayment may be made by credit card cheque made payable to IBC Technical Services or direct bank transfer to Barclays Bank plc, Pall Mall Business Centre London Sort Code 20-65-82 Account 30992100. When paying by bank transfer you must quote reference EE105 and include the name and company of the delegate.
CancellationsCancellations must be received in writing by 4th March 1996, and will be subject to an administrative charge of £65. It is regretted that no refunds will be made or invoices cancelled after this date. Substitutions may be made at any time.

Accomodation
The Conference fee does not include accommodation. Delegates who require hotel accommodation may wish to contact Booking Services International (an independent hotel booking agent) on Tel +44 (0) 1823 444442 or Fax +44 (0) 1823 444443 quoting reference number EE105 your reduced rate hotel accommodation can be arranged for you as a free service to IBC delegates.

Sometimes your details may be made available to external companies for marketing purposes. DOCUMENTATION


Whilst we feel attendance at this event will offer maximum satisfaction we recognise some delegates may not be able to attendand for those we are offering the conference documentation at a cost of £130 per copy (UK addresses), £140 (other addresses).0nly a limited number will be available, it is important to reserve your copy early. Simply complete the approriate box on the registration form and return to us with your payment. The papers will be sent to you immediately after the event.
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and timing of the programme or the identity of the speakers.
