Lease Terms

Lease terms can be structured to suit individual tenants. Each lease will be on an internal repairing and insuring basis only, with the landlord retaining liability for the external shell and surrounding policies. Due to the flexible nature of the leases the service charge will contain an element to pay for ordinary wear and tear of each unit in addition to the running costs and maintenance of the common areas.
