Building Description

The innovation Centre is a new office/laboratory building of 10,000 sq.ft (954 sq.m) conveniently located off the A92, 10 minutes north of Aberdeen city centre and adjacent to the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre. The flexible design of the building allows for any number of units up to a maximum of 22.

The building has been retained as a central focus in the Offshore Technology Park for companies involved in leading edge research and development within the Oil and Gas industry. The Innovation Centre heralds the availability of space for the smaller space user.
